I have worked out in these for two hours and absolutely no slippage or movement at all. I’ve gone on several runs with them and there’s been no loss of noise cancellation. They really are the best purchase I’ve made on Amazon. My only compliant and it’s a very very minor one, is sometimes it shifts in my ear and covers the sensor so that when I tap the stem to pause it doesn’t read as being inserted but it’s such a minor issue and so easily fixed. It happens very very rarely and when it does it’s usually because I pulled my AirPods out and put them back in.They also are very very comfortable to wear. As I said I’ve worked out for two hours in them and have forgotten that I had them in.
