The 4 screws to mount to outlet on is right on the dot. The center round opening for the outlet is cut EXACTLY the size of the Leviton model. You cannot fit an extra hair in it because it is so precisely made possibly for the Leviton. If you bought the Leviton 14-50 for EV and could not find the cover plate, this is the one to get. *One thing though. Some cities may not allow this kind of cover plate for inspection. If so, you should also get the Levtion SL701 cover plate.
