It is beautiful and I would hate for anything to happen to it. I ride the bus and that requires me to stand outside in all kinds of weather. I jokingly told her I need an umbrella for my purse. Who knew they actually have one! The Velcro strips allowed me to securely fasten around the handles and strap. I have been caught in the rain multiple times and my purse stays dry! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seemed to be of good quality. The box it came in appeared kind of cheap, but the actual item was good. My sister loved it! Large would be the best way to go unless the person you are buying for only uses very small bags. I plan on buying this for people again in the future. ### ⭐ Not as Quality a Product, or Useful, as Anticipated *by T***E on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on August 19, 2017* I found The Handbag Raincoat, which I ordered in "Large," based upon the dimensions online and the dimensions of my messenger bag with which I intended to use it, severely disappointing. The "coat" is much, much too large for even my quite huge bag (I'm actually shocked at how large it is--the dimensions of what I received and what is online don't match up and I wonder if there was a quality error in what I received?), and looked frumpy, ugly, and silly on my bag. I also found the material chintzy and not at all sleek. Plus, with my messenger bag strap still exposed (rather than a handle), I felt that the leather was still at risk of getting ruined by the elements. Maybe if this product had been half the price, I would have given it a shot regardless, but for $20, a piece of flimsy and un-stylish plastic that doesn't even make my handbag look good is far too much. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/20303715-the-handbag-raincoat-womens-large-city-slicker-handbag-raincoat-clear](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/20303715-the-handbag-raincoat-womens-large-city-slicker-handbag-raincoat-clear) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
