It came rolled up, (that would make sense) but... It had bumps that would never come out, even if ironed. It was so thin, the other gaming battle mats I purchased were 3-4x as thick, there would be almost no way to have it lay completely flat. And that's the crux, if it cannot lay flat, then why have it? I will happily spend more at some other vendor for a product that works as intended, this one clearly doesn't. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great as a board game mat. *by R***D on Reviewed in the United States on October 4, 2021* I bought this to cover my smooth hard surfaces (table, floor, etc.) where I play board games. The biggest issues I had on smooth surfaces were cards being impossible to pick up (suctioned to the floor) and dice bouncing too hard and too far. This mat solved both of those issues wonderfully. Cards are easy to pick up and dice bouncing is well dampened.The only gripe I have is that I thought this would be a little thicker.
