I listen to audiobooks on a daily basis. I put this into the case, clipped it to a lanyard and have it around my neck. I then use the bluetooth and listen to my audiobooks or music while driving (one ear only and no wires!) or doing tasks around the yard. I don't have to worry about losing it. I have to shlep a wheelchair in and out of car and it's banged against it many times. I recently removed from the case and there isn't a scratch anywhere (thought I needed to have something fixed - Apple sent a software fix).So what are my complaints? Can't get a replacement for the clear screen protector. Mine is all scratched up. So obviously protects since my Nano has zero scratches or abrasions. But, now, I'll need to buy something else and cut to fit. The on/off button is a little hard to operate. I consider that a minor issue. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not too shabby *by O***I on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on May 5, 2015* A very decent case with a sleek design.My main problem with the 7th gen nano is smaller size in comparison to its taller counterparts, and I get very nervous that I'll drop it since I can't get a firm grip. This case is not very grippy IMO. I would prefer a bit of a more "rubbery" shell that is effortless for my hand to hold onto. That said, the material that this case is made from is at least "grippier" than the slick metal iPod housing, so it's a small step in the right direction...though not 100% where I'd like it to be. The slightly increased width and height from this case (although minimal) does provide a somewhat larger perimeter around the device that gives me a marginally higher reassurance that I won't drop it.There is adequate access to the headphone jack, charging port, power button, and side control buttons. ### ⭐⭐⭐ OK product *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on January 12, 2013* It was a little tricky putting the case on my Nano 7g because the plastic case doesn't have a lot of give but once I got it on there, it fit great. It feels like a quality product and that it would offer excellent protection. I chose to purchase this case instead of a case with a clip because I wanted to use it with a lanyard as I like the easy access instead of having to unclip it every time I want to change something on the screen. The gray color is less opaque than I thought - the purple color of my Nano barely shows through the gray which is a little disappointing but overall I'm very pleased with this purchase.Update 1/2013. So, very disappointed - this case doesn't work with the Apple Lightening adapter. The plastic near the connection is too thick. I ended up having to cut the plastic with fingernail clippers and manicure scissors to carve out enough space so the adapter would fit. It's fine now but it's ridiculous that I had to even do that when the seller claimed the case was compatible with the Nano 7g. Yes, it fits the 7g but how can it be compatible if it doesn't work with other Apple products.
