It's the same as the one that I bought at Costco called SafeRacks, but less expensive and re-branded. The steel arms are very strong and will not bend. The bolts and screws are quality! I like the thickness of the base framing. I purchased a rack from another company on Amazon which I bought as used. The base of the frame IMO was not as well made and did not have the sturdiness as this one. Overall a great buy!
