I don't understand why you need to connect this thing to the internet. The box itself should be good enough. So that is annoying.2. The lights can be unresponsive at times. I would tell Siri to "Turn off lights", then only half would turn off. I would tell it to "Turn on Lights", they would all be one, and then "Turn off Lights" then it would then work properly finally. Siri will only work for one device (Unless I'm doing something wrong) But I can't figure it out.3. When you get home, you will have to wait until your phone connects to your box. You know. The one that is connected to the internet, but won't respond if it's "offline". So your sitting in the dark, getting frustrated why your lights won't come on. There is supposed to be an option to work your lights even when your not home. I can't get it to work.I've had these for about two months and those are the biggest issues I'm having with them as of the moment. For something that is so freaking expensive, this shouldn't even be an issue. OH, I forgot. When you first set this up. You need to search for you lights. Well, the box wouldn't pick up almost any lightbulb. So I had to manually enter the serial number on the bulbs itself. That was not only annoying, but somewhat unbelievable that I had to do that.I know you might think I hate these bulbs, but I really do love them. The colors not only improves my mood, but it's just so relaxing. There are apps where you can play your music. but you have to buy the one that works. I haven't even found any apps that work with movies. These are some of the things that are on the box itself. So it's a little misleading, since it doesn't even give you an option in the Philips app itself. Oh, there are two apps also. An old one and new one. But it was easy to "upgrade".I guess with any technology there will be a few hiccups, but I think this going in the right direction. These are very bright, so I'm glad about that. If the price was lower I would put these everywhere. Even if the bulbs don't respond for any reason. You can still manually your your light switch normally. So that is a nice "backup".
