Great survival bow, but a bit light for anything larger than raccoon sized animals if used forhunting and for 20 yds and under. Bowfishing shots need to be very close as well. Measured draw weight with my bow scale and 20 lb at 28" is all I could get and I have a 30" draw length. This bow should NOT be advertised at 30 lb. I emailed the seller about possibly getting some actual 30 lb limbs but got no response.A case of somekind IMO would have been nice but I will make one for the bow and some arrows. Great for summer recreation. Quality was better than I expected. My competition bow is too long and hits ceiling. This shorter bow will allow home practice. The bow works fine but does not have holes to mount a sight. I had to drill holes and add inserts. Also, I ordered a 30# bow to simulate my main bow. I received a 40# bow instead. Too much trouble to return but it does make it easier to pull the main bow. It’s like a baseball player swinging two bats before going to the plate.
