I started getting terrible back pain. After a few weeks I got this chair and the back pain went away within a few days. I sit in it for well over 8 hours a day and have never had issues with comfort. Could it be improved? Sure. Adding tilt adjustment to the base of the seat would be nice. I'm not a fan of the lumbar support pillow because it's too thick for me and causes me to just sit farther forward in the chair. I would probably use it if it was thinner. Attachment of the headrest pillow is janky and doesn't stay in the right spot so I don't really use that either.
