    Another Way to Get Oats To Remove the Fat From Your System

Don't like oatmeal and thought this would be a good substitute to remove cholesterol/fat from my digestive tract.  Oats work by soaking up fat you eat (at the same time) and carrying much of it out before it can get into your blood.  So you need the oats in there when you eat the steak!  These crackers are very dry and chewy and need a good spread on top, but only 1 or 2 is sufficient after a high fat meal.  I like one with jam, olive spread or hummus.  The problem is having one around when you feel like a cheese steak!  Keep them in your desk at work with a small jar of jam.

This crispbread is intended as a substitute for the bread in low carb diets - toppings are a must as the crispbread is dry and 'cardboard like'. It is great broken into smaller pieces and used for dips instead of chips or crackers.

So, the bran cracker I was using (FiberRich) is no longer available in the US. (So it would seem.) This is a good alternative. They're not quite as good as FiberRich with sunflower seeds, but this "with oat bran" variety isn't too bad. The flavor is a lot less cardboard-like than the plain wheat bran GC Crispbread. As someone who needs the fiber, I'm satisfied with these for now. If FiberRich becomes available, I'll switch back.
