A: The Heritage toaster has both....a bagel button and a defrost button, as well as cancel button.  The bagel button toasts one side only, which also works great for English muffins.  Place each  cut side facing outward to get the nooks and crannies nicely toasted.

**Q: Where is this toaster manufactured? What country?**
A: This product is made in China. Haden is a company headquartered in England.

**Q: Does this contain Teflon or any other non-stick coatings?**
A: The toaster is made mainly of metal and no Teflon on it.

This is a wonderful toaster!! My tried and true toaster broke and I had to go on the search for a new toaster as the one I had was no longer available. I purchased and returned 3 toasters as they didn’t work. I finally decided to spend a little more and get this Haden Heritage toaster. It is worth every penny! It toasts evenly, holds our larger bagels, the depth and width are perfect. The temperature and toasting are perfect. It’s super easy to use. The toaster is sturdy and of great quality! It also happens to be very cool looking!! It’s like fun kitchen decor. I love the colors and overall design.
