I took off a star because the logo thing is thick and makes it harder to use. I use two wraps to reduce the tension on each loop. I use both arms and legs, and with these bands can get totally pumped using a lot less weight. I feel like I made significant gains when I started using them, but then it seemed to level out. Even so, it seems like I got about a 5% boost in strength from them and maybe a slight gain in muscle mass. I'm over 50 so my main focus is to maintain muscle mass while protecting my joints. These bands seem to help. They're also fun. It's sort of cool to get a major pump from high repetition, low weight lifting. If exercise is fun it's more likely you'll keep at it, so I view fun as a big benefit. Along with music these are now part of my routine. I do make sure to alternate workouts so I'm not using these all the time. Also, be careful that you can always feel a pulse in your wrist and ankles.
