Pretty disappointing. Because it was so inexpensive and I won't be using it daily I didn't complain or ask for it to be replaced. It did not appear to be "used" either. Another reason I decided to just keep it. Overall... I like it and need it. If I was not technically inclined and did not realize that it was a connection problem it would have been going back the same day.
