I’m not use to the hard plastic like material because I’ve been using the bank kind for so long and was use to the kinda softer stretchy type material they are made of. The outside is glossy, so I used a permanent marker to put a brief description on each holder so I can easily identify which card is inside. I did have to downsize the number of cards I put in the slots my in my wallet as this will (as expected) make it a little thicker, but that was not a big deal to me. Love the sense of security if I want to take just 1 card in my pocket into a store.
