I like this computer. Lightweight, touchscreen, back lit keyboard and a neat blue color. It does take a minute to boot up but after it does it is just fine. Would be better with an SSD but I am still happy with it.

One of the best over my purchases I made ever online ,Excellent powerful machine, Very good price, excellent delivery time, And finally high level of honesty to the extent of partial refund due to import charge decrease which I knew from the seller himself !!!I don't have any words that can describe the honesty of that seller, other than thank you very much for your professional handling of your customers :)

This hit all the specs I wanted.. 16gb of Ram.. touchscreen…usb-c…HDMI… side number pad AND Ethernet port (this was especially important, I did not want to have to use an Ethernet adapter). I have to be hardwired in for my work so I did not want to take a chance of an adapter going out on me!! You can’t go in a store and find a computer these days that has an Ethernet port. So glad I found his computer!!!

Pros: Great processing power. Sleek and light. Back lit keyboard. Good value for money.Cons: battery lasts 1-2 hours. Outdated slow hard disk.If you buy it, swap the HD for a Sata SSD for an extra $50-100 and it will rise to it's CPU potential. Overall good laptop.

VER ATTRACTIVE COLOR, HIGH SPECIFICATIONS, BEAUTIFUL DESIGN, LOVELY BACKLIT KEYBOARD.I WILL SAY ALL IN ONE, AND ABOVE ALL EXCELLENT SERVICE OF DHL, EXPECTED DATE WAS 02/07/2020 AND I RECEIVED 2 DAYS EARLIER.

Long story short, received my package late, just not happy with my product, damage after 41 days having the PC. Do not spend the over $900 dollar it costPlace order on June 18 package remain "in transit" for weeks I was giving it a chance to arrive before requesting refund since I really needed the PC but did not want to loose the over $900 it cost plus I also purchase the protection plan for over $80. Eventually requested the refund for the PC and the protection plan and $ was returned. Almost 2 months later the PC arrived specifically August 12. Now I am concerned because they are only requesting for me to return the PC or if I stay with it they will charge again. I have no issue with them charging the price since I do have the PC my issue is that there is not really the option of letting the seller know that I will stay with the PC and want the warranty back.Bad news its now September 22 and the NEW PC (HP High Performance Pavilion 15-cs3073cl 15.6" Tochscreen Laptop - 10th Gen Intel Core i7-1065G7...) that I pad over $900 is making an air plain engine sound. I bought the PC for my 14 yr son Virtual classes; and sporadic use of "Roadblock" game. I have the PC for 41 days.... are you kidding me!Worst experience

After many hours of research I settled on this. It was a laptop that someone purchased at Costco and resold, I assume having made some upgrades. The mouse pad is already partially broken so you can tap to select but the mouse pad doesn't actually work. Overall useable but not as good as I was expecting from comparing specs to other models.

I love this computer. It's a beautiful color and it even came with a 1 TB SSD.
