Thank-You, Keurig, and Amazon.com... ### ⭐ Smells like burning electrical components *by P***R on December 23, 2015* I was so disappointed to receive this unit and find that it smells like melting insulation, and that the unit has fewer features than my previous Keuring. I tried to return the unit to exchange for a different model and hit the wall with Amazon and the seller. My only "choice" was to contact Keuring for a replacement unit, no refunds, no exchanges for a different model. I will never use this seller again, and be more careful to read the small print before making a purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Ordered by mistake… *by C***G on June 24, 2021* I ordered this machine from Amazon by mistake… $418 plus change is a ridiculous price for it. In addition I did not see that it was non-returnable. A total screwup. Every time I look at it I hate myself.The machine works as advertised and yes it is at least twice as loud as the other at home Keurig brewers. There is only one of me so it’s not that big a deal.I still hate myself and Keurig and Amazon every time I look at the brewer.
