After washing in hot and warm water and drying on medium high heat, they only shrunk slightly. The pillowcase is a little big on my 13 x 18 pillow so, it should fit a pillow that is 14 x 19.Pros: durable, softer after many washes, comes in many colorsCons: a little priceyI read other reviews that mentioned the pillowcase is rough. When I first opened the package and felt it, I agree that it felt rough. However, after washing many times it is no longer rough. Keep in mind that the description states this pillowcase is percale cotton. Percale cotton is not going to be as soft as jersey cotton or Egyptian cotton.
