The sharpness of them has really upped my cooking game, making slicing and chopping smooth and accurate. The indentations on two of the knives helps stop food sticking to the knife when chopping. They're a nice weight and feel comfortable to hold even with arthritic hands. I'm quite precious with these knives, carefully washing the blades and cleaning the handles without submerging them, quickly drying them up and placing back in the knife block. Also, don't use them on ceramic or glass surfaces, use a plastic or wooden chopping board to extend the duration of the sharpness. I’ve had these about 3 months now and they have proved to be my favourite kitchen knives demonstrating their durability even with daily use. Highly recommended.
