**Q: Is this key compatible with 2017 Mini Clubman?**
A: I don’t know because I returned this item.

**Q: Will this fit a 2015 mini cooper s hardtop?  it looks like the one i have.**
A: No - MINI has coded the keys to the car. You need to get a key from MINI. I purchased one - took it to my mechanic who has the equipment to code keys for other vehicles - he was unable to do it. In the end I had to purchase from MINI for much more $$. The have an extra level of security so only they can code/activate. After market keys do not work.
