My apartment faces east and when I didn't have this A/C unit it stayed at 80 plus all day and night so when I saw that someone only rated it at one star, they didn't have it hook up right because I couldn't live without it now its a 5 STAR ALL DAY AND NIGHT!!!!!!!!! It has work flawlessly since I bought it 5 months ago. And I had thought that there was going to be a regret because it was so cheap as all the rest were at least $100 to $150 more but like said it was a steal at the time. I would rate it a 10 plus.
