It provided a lot of info that I as a parent of an ADHD child had that I had no idea about. Finished the book just in time for school to start back in 2 weeks. Really excited to see how we'll my child does now that we've started implementing tactics from the book to help him and our family!

If you have read books like DSM-5 you can easily understand symptoms of adhd. This book brings out all those medical terms into simple easily understandable terms.
