Review: Good product - This is a very good cream for my husband after he came from the orthopedic. I noticed that they used it and I wanted to get some too. He loves it and so do I. It’s fragrance free and non-greasy
Review: Good lotion and may help with staining and bruises - The lotion itself is very nice. I also have staining and a long lasting bruise and it seems those are getting lighter, slowly. Unfortunately, I suspect it could take 6-12 months at this rate for them to be light enough to not stand out but I don’t think there is any other option besides laser removal. Dermatologist confirmed so as well. I wish they offered a gel or similar version of the main ingredient (oakin) as I think a larger percent of that could penetrate deeper and speed up the process.

This process continues with every application of AMERIGEL Care Lotion and until the deposits have been fully dissolved.  

The length of time required for the hemosiderin stains to dissipate can vary based on location, the amount of accumulated iron deposits, and blood flow.  For best results, it is recommended to apply AMERIGEL Care Lotion to the affected area, 2-3 times a day.

This lotion is amazing! It works to remove the built up hemosiderin staining of the superficial tissues of my father's leg. He applies it liberally where needed 2x/day and with patience and perseverance, we are seeing so much improvement. This lotion is gold! It has been a God-send! I wish I could have taken before and after pictures, but his leg (shin) coloring went from "night to day"!
