**Q: Can someone tell what is the organic whole food vit. A ? They dont mention, it can be anything!!**
A: From Peak Performance: "The Vitamin A is sourced from a glycoprotein matrix-bound, GPM™ nutrients are made in a patented process from a nutrient-dense broth that is cultured, converted, and bio-transformed by yeast into an easily digested, highly active, natural food rich in the target nutrient. Also, it's cold pressed."

**Q: what is the vitamin A derived from? is soy in this at all?**
A: In the intestine and liver, beta carotene is converted into vitamin A by the enzyme beta-carotene-15,15′-monooxygenase (BCMO1) — a process that, when running smoothly, let's your body make retinol from plant foods like carrots and sweet potatoes.

**Q: The seller:this does not say vitamin a from organic carrot juice. so if it’s not synthetic, where exactly is the vitamin a derived from?**
A: The label does not say anywhere exactly what the Vitamin A comes from. it only says that there is "organic carrot juice root" (not very good English, is it juice from carrot root? is it juice AND root?) in the stuff in the capsule. it says a lot of things that it DOES NOT CONTAIN elsewhere. including fish, so i assume it's not fish-sourced. but it could just be synthetic Vit A. TOO BAD LABELS AREN'T REQUIRED TO TELL YOU STRAIGHT. SOME DO, THIS ONE DOES NOT.

**Q: is it wheat free?**
A: It is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, or tree nut ingredients. I recently cancelled my subscription for this Vitamin A as I as a 71 still get acne and oily skin. I've been a fan of YouTube's Dr Eric Berg and have been watching his videos as I want to start a Keto Diet and he is an expert.  You can learn about the real Vitamin A from him probably by searching "Vitamin A/Dr Berg"  or "Retinol/Dr Berg".  He is a chiropractor for 30 years and has been teaching on videos, about 2500 videos. for many years also.
