Antennas work well and even better with ground plane. The antenna base is magnetic and I highly recommend putting antenna on something metallic (i.e. steel) such as a cookie sheet or something like that, this will greatly improve reception of the frequencies. Aún así funciona bastante bien y decodifica muy bien el radio. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I lost interest! *by K***K on 2 June 2020* Unfortunately the interest level started to peak and then fade after about 15 minutes playing around. The antennas I'm sure would be fine in strong signal areas, otherwise a good antenna outside and as high as possible will give the best results. I have a home made 1/4 wave for 2 metre in the roof space which works well on the ham bands and those close, but the bandwidth isn't the best. Outside on the chimney of my bungalow is a marine fm/am fibreglass antenna, and as far as my analyzer says it is good for fm (I don't listen to am anyway), dab and lots of freq inbetween, excluding tv! This was erected about 10 years ago on 11/4" aluminium poil and used some very good quality military spec coax. This works well after making an SMA to PL259 pigtails going to the dongle. The quality of this thing is absolutely fantastic, well made, strong and sturdy with a decent antenna connection. I am using SDLTouch as software for analogue radio, Welle.io for dab, and AerialTV for freeview - on my android phone and tablet. BE AWARE: if you use it on your phone, especially on tv, you'll probably find your phone needing charged after about 40 mins! I havent tried a pc yet at time of writing, I'll add that if I remember. I might end up returning it due to lack of interest and the battery consumption!
