The weight, the uniform anodizing, the packaging. I wanted to make sure I didn't get any contaminates in my herb and didn't want herb to stick to any leftover oil or processing chemicals so I soaked pieces in ISO - didn't need to - ISO was spotless when I looked through it before dumping. Now I'm sure you could pay a lot more for a grinder that threads together like an expensive camera lens to the body but for the price, you can't go wrong with the PERFECT CRUSH. A courtesy follow up email from John insured I was happy and that everything was OK. He also includes a PDF grinding guide. I knew I made a good choice. They are perfectly palm sized so very easy to fit in your hand. They are very easy to use, take apart, clean, and put back together. It comes with very useful cleaning brushes and a perfect little tote bag, just incase you are worried the magnetized lid might come off. I have yet to have that issue, the magnets on the lid are very sturdy, you can easily turn it upside down and have no spillage. The company itself is also great, they send you a follow up email explaining the best ways to clean the product. The packaging was sleek and it arrived quickly!
