**Q: can it be used as a room spray base?**
A: We are not familiar with the use of Isopropyl Myristate as a room spray base. According to my research, the base of the room spray is water. If you are looking for something that allows fragrance and essential oils to bind with water based products, then Polysorbate 20 can help.
