This is the first product I have ever used where I had absolutely no burning sensations whatsoever. Prior to my purchase, I read many of the reviews which say there were no English instructions, this was not the case from my experience. I have also uploaded pictures as proof. The instructions were easy to follow and the process is simple. Put the contents from the first bottle on your hair for 10 minutes, then you put the contents of the second bottle on your hair for 10 minutes too, however, I chose to leave the dye on my hair for 45 minutes after putting on the second bottle. The change of colour was quick and again, there were no burning sensations. I took many more pictures to upload, but unfortunately some of the pictures did not format correctly otherwise there would be pictures of the full contents that were received in the box.
