Review: Gluten free, easy to use and delicious - I have been on a gluten-free diet for about 5 years, and have tried many gluten-free flours. As many of you know, gluten-free flours have their trick. I have found that when dealing with these type of flours it is best to stick to the suggested recipe at the beginning, and make an effort to not get too creative with it until you have cooked it enough to make twists on the recipes recommended by the brand. This breadfruit flour is not exception based on my experience, but this is by far the easiest to cook with. I have bought it repeatedly and will continue to buy it. It is an excellent product, it tastes delicious, PLUS, it is very nutritious. When my little cousins come to visit, they always ask me to make the "special" cake (Hint: made with Amasar Glutten-free GUILT-FREE Breadfruit Flour). I definitely recommend this product!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gluten free, easy to use and delicious

I have been on a gluten-free diet for about 5 years, and have tried many gluten-free flours. As many of you know, gluten-free flours have their trick.
