Weighing only 34 oz combined, it offers 360-degree protection, moisture management, and easy access features, making it perfect for any outdoor enthusiast. ## Description The Haven is a shaped two-person backpacking tent that is designed to provide the maximum amount of protection for minimum weight at 34 OZ - 963 G. Its dual-pole design with 48" (122 cm) wide canopy provides a tremendous amount of headroom. The wide canopy creates nearly vertical sidewalls. This, in turn, translates to more usable space within the tent and less of a chance of brushing up against the side walls. To create a perfect bundle, the Haven comes paired with the Haven NetTent to form a fully enclosed, two-person, double-walled shelter with a bathtub floor. Design: The apex is offset slightly toward the head of the tent. This creates steeper walls at the head raising the canopy further from your face and sets the peak to the more natural position when sitting. The Haven can be set up using your trekking poles or our optional carbon fiber poles. Dual tabs on either side of the canopy allow the Haven Tent to be hung from a line between two trees, eliminating the need for poles. The Perfect Bundle. The Haven / NetTent combo is designed so that the NetTent hangs from the tent. This configuration allows the tent to be set up first or taken down last under rainy conditions. Your NetTent will remain dry and safely secure in your pack. Makes for a quick and easy shelter to wait out some rain and you can quickly set up the inner net tent without getting it wet as well as take it down first and pack it separate if you have to pack a wet tarp. And on top of that it handled condensation wonderfully. Takes a little fine tuning to get your setup right but it’s majorly worth it.This tent has a surprising amount of space inside! I am only 5’5” but even sitting up and moving around I never had an issue with brushing against the walls. I purchased mine seam sealed from Six Moons Designs so I cannot comment on how easily it is sealed yourself. And it only sprinkled a little bit so I can’t attest to its ability keeping water out. I can say that it withstood 20-30mph winds with no issues though.I did make a few super easy modifications to mine to tailor it to my needs. I sewed two grosgrain ribbon loops at the top of the zipper panels in the net tent so that I can string a line to hang items from and also to hang my lights. I added tiny clips to the tarp connect loops so I could clip the string from the net tent into that and then connect it to the bottom corner of the tub floor loops so that my floor is pulled out fully as well. When we had no choice but to set up on a slight decline that saved me! Lol the bottom connection was what held my tent floor in place instead of sliding down into the tarp too much or pulling on the upper net connection too much. And lastly I attached an elastic cord loop to each of the bottom pole grommets so that I can secure the middle of the tent floor to my trekking poles to help the floor stay in place much better. The tips of your poles are inserted into a sleeve at the peak of the tent.All in all for the perks, the weight, packability and the price I am smitten with my Haven Bundle and highly recommend it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this tarp combo *by G***T on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on December 18, 2021* This tarp combo is amazing. I’ve taken it out on 4 small weekend trips. It’s versatile, and roomy enough for 2 but light enough to carry alone. The dual side doors are helpful so neither one of us has to climb over the other to get out. There is plenty of space without sacrificing much on weight.Just tested this setup in a windy rain storm in the Superstitions and it held up well! I did have to re-tighten the guidelines once, but not much. The best part of this setup, though in my opinion, is that my partner and I could move ourselves and our packs into the side vestibules and take down the dry net tent while it rained on the tarp. Once we took the net tent out, we could place our packs in the middle and open umbrellas over them while we jumped out and took down the tarp.
