In the end all the parts are included, it did not come damaged in any way. it assembled fairly easy. It is extremely short so it’s definitely not built for taller people. I have tried loosening everything and lubing things and it does not help. The box was beat up had holes everywhere the lubricate they sent me had broken open all over the directions so I mostly had to look at the picture to figure out how it went together.
