A: I believe that this product has sea salt mixed in with the Himalayan Pink Salt, from my own personal experience with it. It does however vary in it’s saltiness from mild to overpowering when freshly ground onto your food. Use sparingly at first until you discover just how much you’ll need to add to make your food palatable to your own tastes. Hope this helps.
