I did have to upgrade the circuit breaker and drain pipes in the basement but otherwise, this 12kW bad boy cooks steam to any temperature that you require, quickly. It only takes about 25 minutes to heat up to 115 degrees, and after 15-18 minutes I am totally spent in a good way. Great addition to our home spa. With the house done now, I've used my steam shower at least 6 times in the last 2 weeks. My shower is 6'x5'x7' with 2 glass walls.. This unit gets it steamy in 5 minutes and totally steamy to the point you can't see the other side of the shower in 10 minutes. Having 2 outlets steams, this unit is better than the commercial unit my gym had! When I got the unit, my control panel had a slice in the cord (just the rubber boots around the wires), I contacted support and they sent out a new panel very quickly. They were very helpful in answering my electrician's questions and had great advice on setup and usage. This unit is sooo worth the money.
