Sometimes people just need a bit of guidance.  This book is good for days when someone would rather read than share or talk to others.  It is well written and a good purchase for people who are grieving.

I lost my husband a year ago.  I bought and read this book leaving highlighting on almost EVERY page.  The most important things I learned were that I was not alone, grieving is normal and good in order to process the loss, and most important that I was NOT going crazy.  I just lost a very good friend and have purchased this book for his wife.
