I had asked for one based on the decent reviews and what it is intended for...both BACK and SIDE sleeping. I toss and turn during the night and am in both positions....I hate having to re-position my legs over the pillow and when I found this - which seems to be the only thing out there like it...I was thrilled. However...it's just not big enough. I'm an average size - 5'3" 140lb woman and when on my side it's not thick enough - my hips still aren't aligned and when I am on my back it doesn't get my knees high enough - AND no one has legs that lay totally straight, so when your legs go out to the side a bit they fall right off (or at least the side that isn't strapped down does!
