That they do. They're a deeper blue than the product picture depicts but that's fine with me. There are several things I'd like to point out, though.1. I had to notch the plastic in a few places to make it actually line up with everything. There are alignment pegs in the housing where this is supposed to fit which they didn't account for, and one of the needle holes (I think the speedometer but can't remember) wasn't shaped right. Not a big deal because all my notches are hidden once installed.2. The wires coming off of the panels are not in the most convenient locations. I had to bend them in ways I wasn't particularly comfortable with in order to get them to hide within the housing. You should note that it wasn't designed to have wires coming out of it, so some of the pieces don't quite come back together like the did originally.3. The wires connect to a little harness that comes out of the transformer that comes included. The transformer has a power switch and a dimmer knob attached to it, which I removed from the little metal bracket and mounted in some blank knock-outs on my console, but I had to desolder them in order to do this. Not a big deal. What does irritate me is having to find a new source of power for these. I want to find the lead into the back of the instrument cluster and see if it can handle this extra load, so that they'll go on and off with my headlights instead of with the ignition. This isn't a problem with the product, it's just something I didn't consider when buying.4. Some of the original orange light does shine through. It's not really a big deal but it's worth noting.Overall I'm still rather pleased with the product, it's just not quite the drop-in replacement I was hoping for. I'll try to remember to take a picture or two and upload them when I get a chance. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars ?? *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 10, 2011* I ordered the product when the title had stated it was for a 05-09 Scion tC MT Blue Reverse Indiglo gauges but they had contacted me stating that they had made a mistake and they only had it in stock for a Automatic not a Manual. Whether or not it makes a difference, I don't know, but they where really professional and courteous as to telling me that they did not have the product and refunded me my money.
