And I would recommend this to my friends. Here's the deal. It turns out that your work-from-home desk wasn't set up ergonomically, and you didn't realize it until its too late. That's where this reusable hot pack comes in. Relaxes tired muscles, and soothes the hurt because well, power of heat. Heat that last 45 minutes to an hour. More effective on the shoulders than a warm bubble bath. But not better than an in-home masseuse (except a masseuse charges $80 an hour. Somacare Heat Packs is a one-time thing. ) After using this heat pack, you just to need a simple boiling process to "reset" it. Easy and quick, but you still have to do it to get it ready for your next use. Which can be anytime, anywhere since the Somacare Hot Pack is rather compact. Even long after I fix my home office desk setup, I'm keeping the heat pack around.
