My issues started because I've been working from home and not wearing shoes during the day. These keep my ankles at closer to a 90° angle which has seemed to relieve some of my pain. They are simple to put on. I even tried to put them on backwards thinking maybe I'm doing it wrong. That was 3 times worse for comfort. I tossed them aside and haven't picked them up.
