One thing to mention, though; When you heat this up in two cups of water, 16 ozs, you get a really nice slight oiliness on the liquid bouillon. Looks perfect! Natural. But use it while it's hot! When it cools, that liquid oil sheen becomes solid wax. Wax. Wax. Did I say wax? I meant WAX! Candle wax! Imagine using one of your good spoons to pour melted wax for candles. That's WAX. REAL WAX! Hard candle wax! It takes HOT water and scrubbing to get it off your spoons and be SURE to wipe the bowl out with a paper towel when it's still hot to get the soft wax out ahead of washing. Don't let this stuff go hot down your drain! Used in a rice cooker, this stuff is terrific! Makes great stuffing, makes great mashed potatoes, makes great pasta!

**Q: Are they gluten free?**
A: I am not sure if they are gluten-free.

**Q: The pic shows both a small box with 8 cubes and a big box.  Which is it?  How many cubes are we actually getting?**
A: I ordered the Chipotle cubes.  They are amazing flavor additions to so many things.  Each little box contains 20 cubes.  I had to order a case of them, just to get them.  They quit carrying them at Walmart, so I went to Amazon and found them.  I gave away several of the 20 cube boxes to friends, since I had to purchase a case of them just to get them.  I still have tons for myself, to last me a couple of years.
