The big male involved will eat absolutely anything, so he's OK with taking these -- but doesn't really need them, as I have other probiotics and special food for him. The female, who really does need them, won't touch them. I can only think that she dislikes what they smell like. Of the two other cats, one will eat them, but is a year old and healthy and doesn't need them. The other, 16, is fine in terms of digestive issues, but is also not crazy about these things. So in general, in our case they were a waste of money.
Review: Went bad halfway through container? - Bought for two cats, they initially liked them but then started refusing. Both cats had throw up incidents before refusing. Offered to a friend with two large dogs, dogs ate and started having throw up incidents. Seems very coincidental.

My 9 year old cat spit it out. She’s a good eater and is always eager to eat, especially treats. But this product she spit it out, smelled it, ate it, and had a funny dislike reaction afterwards. When I smelled it myself, it had a weird sour-like smell to it. Wish I could return it and get my money back.
