I at first bought the wrong driver for this type of LED light strip that is solid and chasing and the company reached out to me on their own to let me know I purchased the wrong driver and gave me the info for the right one and ordered it. I just returned the wrong one once it came. Even with warranty issues they have responded and taken care of what’s needed. I don’t think you can ask for more than that in a company.
