## Description

Crafted from Emile Henry's innovative refractory ceramic, the Emile Henry Italian Bread Loaf Baker assures an evenly baked bread and a beautiful presentation on the table. Bake artisan-style golden loaves at home with this loaf baker. Dome shaped lid made from refractory ceramic creates the same conditions as a traditional bread oven, with the right level of humidity during the baking process to get a golden, crispy crust with a soft, airy inside. The HR ceramic (High Resistance) ensures that the heat is diffused evenly for controlled cooking and excellent resistance to changes in temperature, allowing the dish to go straight from the freezer to a hot oven (-20°C / +270°C). The bright glaze is resistant, non-porous, durable and easy to clean. All Emile Henry products are made in France and have a ten year .

Review: Great item - Works Great. This is the second one that I have. I use these at least two to three times a week. Many recipes suggest a light greasing ONLY on the bottom and a light dusting of flour. Loose the flour, use semolina flour. It worksn far better than plain flour, easier clean-up.

Make your sourdough baking easy with this loaf baker. Do the bulk rise, bake and even store your beautiful bread in here. It cleans up like a dream, no more parchment paper chemicals in your food and get the perfect crust every time. I used to use the baskets, flour mess, invert, transfer 20 min this heat, 20 min that heat, 20 min vent. bla bla bla. This baker makes it so much easier. This loaf pan is fantastic! I am baking sourdough in it. I am still trying to find the correct amount of dough to put in it. The ceramic creates an even temperature so there are no burnt crusts. The color of the crust is a constant throughout the whole loaf. In fact, I own two of these!!
