For nighttime. My son is 4 years old, a little taller than average. The Pull-ups size 4T-5T was too narrow/tight and didn't go on easily so I went looking for an alternative. Leakage: so far two weeks of no leaking. Occasionally he used to leak with the Pull-ups when he had a really wet night, so I was concerned while reading the negative reviews, but the UnderJams are holding up fine and maybe even better because they fit him better. Comfort: much better than Pull-ups. Even when he was younger and the those used to fit him alright, they still didn't "sit well" on him and the UnderJams have a much better, very comfortable fit. Also, for some reason the UnderJams don't feel as "full" and "heavy" in the mornings as the Pull-Ups did, I think the wetness is distributed more evenly. Which is nice. Fit: this was the initial reason I switched. I bought the small/medium UnderJams and it is exactly the improvement I was looking for over the 4T-5T Pull-Ups. the sides are less narrow, stretchier and it goes on more easily. It still sits snugly on him for leakage protection. Other than being wider, the overall size is the same, and that's exactly what I was looking for. Overall these UnderJams exceeded my expectations!
