Review: Great Maglock for Elite Miracle One Gate Opener - I purchased the Supreform E-lock/Maglock for my Elite Miracle One (EM1) gate opener. Initially, I had trouble of figuring out how to wire it, none of the configuration diagrams provided would work for my EM1. I measured the output of my EM1 Maglock (connector pin 2 & 3) and got only 10-12 VDC at the beginning of each open. I contacted the Supreform manufacture and asked them if I can use the 12 V Relay and wire to my EM1 using 24V Relay’s diagram. They replied with a “YES”. It works great after all of the troubles because not enough information. Great product, very low price, comes with two relays (12V & 24V), all needed mounting brackets, very lightweight, low power consumption, does not need extra power supply, connect directly to the 24V battery and they provide great support.

**Q: What transformer can I use to open and close a safe with switch in a remote location using 110 volt ac**
A: A transfomer is used to provide the power supply for the control system and the magnetic lock. You can choose a 12VDC/2A adapter to power up them. Usually the magnetic lock is used with a gate opener or an access controller and the lock can be controlled by them. If you have an access controller now and want to control the lock remotely, then you need to purchase an extra remote control switch.

**Q: I have supreform ip 67 door opener hear relay make but contacts not closing are they dry contacts ?**
A: Yes, the output of the relay are SPDT dry contacts. The black wire is short with the blue wire when in standby and it will short with the red wire if the relay is activated. You can check the continuity of the wires to confirm if the relay is defective. If you can't find out the problem, then we can help to trouble shooting. But please provide the information below,
Can you please let us know how you use the lock? Did you use it with a gate opener system or with an access control system? And what's the power supply for the control system and the lock? And also you can take a photo of the wiring connection between the control system and the lock, and then send the photo to us, we can help to figure it out what cause the problem.

Our ZL brackets can not be sold separately. You can return the visml600 lock and purchase our lock instead of it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works on door and door jam, but not on holding 2 gates together.

The gate has to be held parallel for this to have any holding strength. If the gates can be pushed together, the magnets will slide off of one another. One gate has to be latch to the door jam, for the other door to be held by the magnet.
