I went on to shop for another and saw some that had a heating/cooling side installed right on it and gave it a try, it was about $25 more and the only good thing was the heating/cooling functionality part, it was wayyy to powerful and the only results it produced were bruises all over my face, so I sent it back. I went on to buy another device that was about $15 cheaper than this specific one and unfortunately I had the same issues as the last, so back it went again and I thought 🤔 "why try to shop for another product when this one worked so well for me in the past," so I bought it again and was so excited to use it; unfortunately, something was off... The color was the same, but the suction on this one was not up to par, even on the highest speed. I am so disappointed because I was certain this device would not let me down since my old one worked so well for so long.
