I purchased it because of personal incidents that were happening to my children on their way to and from school each day. I will not go into any details. This is one product I researched and did not receive as a reviewer sample but like my reviews will give my honest opinion. I love the MeCam. but I have reservations on the quality of the video. At this price I cannot complain too much. It is a good camera for it's purpose but you will not shoot high end images with it and that was not the intent. I would give it five stars if it had better quality video. In fact it deserves 4.5 but I am not able to do that. It is very easy to use. I charged it, read the instructions and it works, They even sent me the update to their firmware when requested and again on my iMac was easily able to update the software. We used it for one of my son's Birthday party where he was wearing it the whole time and it recorded a full two hours with ease. It was fun to watch his point of view!
