Maybe there is some problem with it. **Q: Are the tyres real tyres, not plastic?** A: No **Q: Can i add chain and pedals to this model?** A: No not suitable for that at all.. best just to buy next sized bike..look out for pre loved in your area, if your on a budget... **Q: Is this too small for a 4 year old?** A: I brought mine for 2 year old twins but our nephew who is a month off of 4 road it at the lowest point and he was completely fine for it, it does adjust quite a lot so 4 years would be a good size. I believe it goes up to 6 years and I’d happily say it would when adjusted.
