I know its 9g carbs per 100grams but what about sugar, fat etc?** A: All per 100 grams of flour. 627 calories 35 gms fat (4.7 which are saturated) 5.5 gms carbs 4.5 gms sugar 7.0 gms fibre 24 gms protein 0.01 gms salt **Q: Is this almond flour or ground almonds? These 2 are completely different products with different nutritional values.** A: It is almond flour, finer than ground almonds. I use it for various keto recipes . **Q: The almond flour has no sell by date?** A: Not on this brand but most have an unopened shelf life of 12 months.
