After reading all the other reviews of them arriving broken, I was apprehensive to order them online, but they're not available in store anymore and the price was right, so we ordered two sets of three planters and hoped for the best, but mentally prepared for them to arrive broken and I’m the hassle of having to return them. I was pleasantly surprised! They were extremely well packaged by the manufacturer and in perfect shape despite our delivery person having a hard time with their weight, navigating learning to use a dolly, the icy conditions, and having them slide off the dolly several times before we could get outside to assist her. Really impressed by the packaging. The product is great too. Just because of the material, it can chip, but these are outdoor planters - they’re going to be exposed to the elements and get chips here and there. Noting a charcoal colored paint pen can’t remedy.
