The bungee straps work great and the padded area for your feet is nice! The only downfall to this board is that it is pretty heavy. ### ⭐ Disappointed *by M***A on Reviewed in the United States on September 15, 2020* Very excited my SUP had arrived. Took the screws out to install the fin and noted one screw came out with a huge glob of glue/rubber or something on it. 3 of the 4 screws went in with no problem, number 4 has nothing to connect two so that answers why so much glue. Looking in the hole there appears to be a metal holder the screw is supposed to go into. It is on a cant so there is nothing for the screw to connect to. Very disappointing, it appears that someone was aware of the problem and instead of fixing it, chose to hide it. Called the don’t send it back call us number and due to COVID the are only open from 10 AM to 4 PM, a whopping 6 hours 5 months into COVID.
