I don’t like that it has scratches all over it from where shippers stick forks in the end to lift it. Would be nice if they added touch up paint. Also as everyone said the instructions suck, so you better be mechanically inclined when taking on this project. For those wondering you can not subset the center cross member as the cables run through it unless you lower the posts in the concrete.

**Q: How long the warranty?**
A: 1 year warranty on all parts excluding the rubber pads that touch the vehicle. The warranty is parts only, no labor warranty. You simply contact us at 817-234-9800 and we troubleshoot the problem and send you the part for free.

**Q: My garage is 9' I can go through with the posts a few inches. Will this hoist stop at any height to use safely less than the intended full height ?**
A: I've got the same situation, 9' to the bottom of the rafter ties.  I can't lift my cars full height, I just marked the highest lock position I can go to.  There are a bunch of latch positions so you don't have to go full height.  Just make sure you leave a few inches for raising off of the locks.

**Q: What is the amperage draw**
A: 21 amps. You will need a 30 amp breaker. Also this will not run on a generator.

**Q: How many different locking positions are there on the triumph nt9 fp? thanx**
A: 16 positions
